I’d Like To Take The Time To Analyze One Particular Photograph Of Mr. Biden That Has Circulated The Web For Years. The Assessment Is Based On Over Two Decades Behind Both Stills And Film Cameras, And Hundreds Of Hours In The Darkroom Hand Printing Black & White Photographs.
The Photograph Below Of Mr. Biden And The Little Girl Is Legit. It Is Not Photoshopped, Or Manipulated In Any Way. The Grain Structure Reveals This. What I Have Done, For The Purpose Of This Analysis, Is To Increase The Resolution, Enhance, And Sharpen The Image.
When Most People, I Believe, View This Photograph, They See Mr. Biden And A Young Girl, In Some ‘Minor’ Inappropriate Scenario, But Nothing Happened After This Frame, Right?
This Is What I See…
I’ll Start Off With The Interior, And Some Odd Details That Stand Out. The Thick Carpet And The Concrete Lower Structure Indicates This Could Be In A Basement. The Fine Printed ‘Upscale’ Wallpaper Indicates An Expensive Private Residence, Or An Upscale Restaurant Type Basement. There Is No Furniture, It Is In A Corner. Would Think Mr. Biden Would Want To Sit If He Was Invited In To A Room To Visit Someone, The ‘Famous’ Politician He Is.
There Are Two Cables On The Floor. One Is Plugged Into The Wall Socket, Which Is High Mounted, Odd For A Residence, Unless It Is A Basement, And Plug Poorly ‘Made’. One Can Clearly See The Metal Clamp On The Outside Of The Cable. This Cable Is Coiled On The Floor Right Beneath The Plug, Which Could Indicate This Placed There For This Occasion. The Thin Black Cable, Passing Over The Thicker Cable, Goes Behind Mr. Biden And The Young Girl.
What Was The Thinner Black Cable For? Powering A Video Camera? If The Photograph Is From The Late Seventies Instead Of Early Seventies, It Is Certainly Possible. VHS Was Released In Japan On September 9, 1976, And In The United States On August 23, 1977. I Definitely Do Believe The Thinner Black Cable Had A Purpose In This Setting, As It Passes ‘Over’ The Cable Plugged Into The Wall, And Was Obviously Plugged In After.
The Angle And Hight Of The Photograph Indicates The Camera Is Not On A Tripod, But Rather Held By A Third Person, Kneeling While Taking The Photograph, With Flash. Let’s Examine The Shadows. From My Perspective, The Shadows Falling Off The Thick Cable On The Concrete Bottom Part, It Is Clear That A Flash Was Used. The Sharp Edges Of The Shadows As It Appears Behind The Cable, Indicates The Angle Of The Light Is Straight On, Thus A Flash Mounted On The Camera, Right Above The Lens, Backing Up The Theory That A Kneeling Person Is Taking The Photograph.
Judging By Mr. Biden’s Age, I’d Say This Photograph Is Taken Sometime In The Mid-To-Late Seventies. I’d Guess The Young Girl Can Be Anywhere From 8–12 Years Old. As For The Young Girl’s Body Language, Notice How The Girl Curls Up The Toes On Her Right Foot? The Girl’s Expression Is One Of Helplessness, She Is Both Uncomfortable And Insecure. It Is Like She Is Listening To Someone Telling Her What To Do, And She Reluctantly Accepts This. Is She Being Told To Lift Up Her Dress For Mr. Biden? Why Is Mr. Biden Staring At Her Chest Area? Notice Mr. Biden’s Black Folder? Was This During A D.C. Lunch? Could This Be The Basement Of A Famous D.C. Establishment, That Have Been Used For Exact Purpose For Decades?
Then There’s The Question Of How Many Individuals Are Actually Present In The Room. We Already Got Mr. Biden, The Young Girl, And The Photographer. I Believe The Girl Is Staring At A Fourth Person, Standing 8–10 Feet From Her At The Most, Probably In A Doorway. And Judging By Her Stare, She Is Clearly Intimidated By This Fourth Person. Is There A Fifth Person In The Room? A Sixth? Who Brought The Child There? Were There Other Children In This Basement?

Is The Girl Still Alive? Where Is The Girl Today? What Happened In The Frames After The Frame Mr. Biden Was In? Who Were The Other Persons In The Basement? Who Took The Photograph? I Tried To Imagine How These Countless Young Children Being ‘Sniffed’ Perceive Mr. Biden. What Do The Children Who Have Been ‘Sniffed’ By Mr. Biden See When They Close Their Eyes At Night, In The Months And Years After An Encounter. I Absolutely Do Not Believe This To Be True. However, Should This Be The Case, The Photograph In Question Becomes Even Creepier, This Was NOT A Normal Setting.
